Seedlings & Co. sells live seedlings and related products. Because seedlings are living products, their appearance, size, colour, growth stage, and condition may vary slightly from product photos and descriptions.

We do our best to provide accurate product information, including variety names, growing guidance, product availability, and delivery details. However, product availability may change based on growing conditions, seasonality, inventory, weather, delivery area, and product readiness.

Product photos are provided as a general representation only. Actual seedlings may differ depending on the variety, season, growing stage, and natural plant variation.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, size, colour, growth rate, flavour, harvest, or final growing outcome of any seedling will be exactly the same as shown or described on our website.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or modify any product at any time.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order with Seedlings & Co., you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order for any reason, including product availability, growing conditions, delivery limitations, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside of our control.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because seedlings are live products, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted, prepared, packed, shipped, or sent out for local delivery.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased from Seedlings & Co. are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and delivery options are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, handling, or other fees.

We may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, subscriptions, or pre-order offers from time to time. These may be subject to additional terms. If there is a conflict between a promotion’s specific terms and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information. You also agree to keep this information updated so we can process your order and contact you if needed.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Seedlings & Co. sells live products, so shipping and delivery timing may be affected by product readiness, weather, temperature, carrier availability, local delivery schedules, and seasonal conditions.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect address information, weather, failed delivery attempts, events outside our control, or conditions that may put live seedlings at risk.

We may delay, adjust, or reschedule delivery or shipping if we believe doing so may better protect the seedlings.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, picked up by the customer, or transferred to a shipping carrier, responsibility for the product passes to the customer, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please inspect your seedlings as soon as they arrive and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

Section 6 - Subscriptions and Pre-Orders

Some Seedlings & Co. products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.

Subscription orders are delivered based on the frequency and schedule selected at checkout. You may change, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next order is prepared.

Once a subscription order has been prepared, packed, shipped, or sent out for local delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve seasonal, limited, out-of-stock, or soon-to-be-available products. Estimated fulfillment dates for pre-orders may change based on growing timelines, weather, inventory, or delivery conditions.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before they are prepared, packed, scheduled for delivery, shipped, or delivered. Once a live product has been prepared for fulfillment, it may no longer be cancellable.

Section 7 - Returns and Refunds

Because Seedlings & Co. sells live seedlings, live plant products are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, incorrect, missing items, or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the seedlings and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for plant decline caused by delayed unpacking, lack of water, lack of light, improper storage, improper transplanting, unsuitable growing conditions, weather exposure after delivery, or other care conditions outside of our control.

Section 8 - Growing Information

Any growing instructions, plant care tips, timelines, blog posts, guides, or educational content provided by Seedlings & Co. are for general guidance only.

Growing results may vary based on light, water, temperature, soil, nutrients, transplanting, growing system, pest pressure, handling, timing, and customer care.

Seedlings & Co. does not guarantee a specific harvest, yield, flavour, growth rate, or plant outcome after delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for caring for their seedlings once they receive them.

Section 9 - Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product names, branding, logos, images, graphics, videos, layouts, designs, copy, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Seedlings & Co. unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, download, store, transmit, or use any website content without written permission from Seedlings & Co.

The Seedlings & Co. name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.
